This ancient practice has been transforming lives for thousands of years, and its relevance only grows stronger in todays fast- paced world. Yoga is not just about physical postures or breathing techniques; it’s a journey of self-discovery, a path to inner freedom.

5 Points of Yoga

Explore the five fundamental principles that bring balance to body, mind, and soul.

1. Proper Exercise (Asana)

The posture keeps the body healthy, flexible and strong. They work on glands, nerves and internal organs and, for a beginner the focus is on gentle stretching, balance and awareness, not competition or perfection.

Example: Surya namaskar basic poses like shoulder stand, fish forward, leend, cobra, triangle etc..

2. Proper Breathing (Pranayama)

Breath is life. Conscious breathing increases vitality and calms the mind. The beginners start with deep abdominal breathing and alternate nostril breathing (Anuloma viloma).

3. Proper Relaxation (Savasana)

Rest is essential for body and mind rejuvenation. The Savasana ( corpse pose) teaches deep relaxation by releasing tension from each part of the body.

4. Proper Diet (Vegetarian)

The food affects both body and mind. The diet like fresh, wholesome, plant -based foods. Simple, moderate and full of life energy (prana).

5. Positive Thinking & Meditation (Vedanta & Dhyana)

Positive thinking and meditation are two powerful tools that can transform our lives, helping us cultivate inner peace, clarity and joy.

Meditation is a powerful tool that helps us quiet the mind, connect with our inner selves and tap into our inner wisdom. It’s a journey within, where we explore the depths of our own consciousness and discover the treasures that lie within.
