  • There is No discount on Peak Seasons (20 Dec 2018- 10th Jan 2019) and in New Year Evening

  • A compulsory supplement on 31st Dec Rs.5000.00 per adult and Rs.2000.00 per child.

  • Special Rates are available only on Online-Booking

The rates mentioned in are INR on double occupancy basis

  • HouseBoat rates includes Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner.

  • Resort Room rates includes Breakfast

Rates are inclusive of the following:

  • Special Welcome & Welcome drink.

Destination wedding/ corporate event terms and conditions

  • Reserving 30+ rooms will be mandatory to access the Vrindavan lawn, glass house venue, amphitheatre & 2 garden venues.
  • With 30+ rooms reserved all the above mentioned venues charges will be on the house.
  • Indraprastha lawn usage will be on chargeable basis @ 150,000+ gst / day
  • Floating stage usage will be on chargeable basis @ 15,000/ Net
  • Conference hall usage will be on chargeable basis
  • We have a beer and wine licence hence 3rd party products of this category won’t be allowed in our premises.
  • You may carry own liquor, it will be served in the indoor venues only at a corkage charges of 500/ Net/ bottle
  • Parking is a part of the venue tariff
  • 3rd party caterers are not welcome
  • You may bring in own event management team, if you don't have one, we will refer our regular vendors at Punnamada.
  • Loud music and flashy lights are not permitted post 22:30
  • Meal plan rates will be vary based on the dish selection
    • Unlimited cocktail snacks / pass arounds for 2 hours @ 700+ gst / head
  • Food tasting and property recce will be mandatory before confirmation.
  • All bookings for the dates between December 15th and January 10th are non negotiable
  • Early check in or late check outs are not allowed in December, January and February
  • 50% is the booking amount
